  • Nunafranc - Francophone association of Nunavut
    Development of a cultural tourism concept in Nunavut: vision, mission, analysis framework, development phases for the proposal, training sessions, marketing planning.
  • Université du Québec à Montréal and Universidad de Las Americas Preparation of a pilot project fo a tourism development plan in the Cholula region (state of Puebla, Mexico), in the framework of the toourism development of the religious heritage and the human history.

    In collaboration with another firm, analysis of three festivals in this region with a view to rationalizing the activities, the sponsors and the commercialisation for these events.

    Analysis of the business and the competition. Marketing and budgeting plan for this camping site.

    Product analysis and design of three specific itineraries illustrating the Chemin du Roy (the King's Road), the Cradle of Industry on the St. Maurice River and the St. Maurice River Valley, with a commercialization plan, signpost and marking plan, partnerships, community cultural impacts, financing and business set-up.

    Product development and marketing plan for their canoe-camping, slides and trails, and exhibition of artefacts.


  • Tourisme Abitibi-Témiscamingue                                               Within our triennal Strategic Marketing Development Plan for this regional tourism association, planning, structuring and organizing of the tourism product based on a specific positioning, on research and development and a continuing training program.                        + As follow-up to our Strategic Marketing Development Plan for Tourisme Abitibi-Témiscamingue, to develop a specific development plan for tour and adventure products; to assess needs and plan a series of training sessions geared towards market readiness

  • Tourisme Mauricie                                                                            To research, consult and develop analysis charts for this regional tourism association to integrate Tourism Quebec's new hospitality information policy into their tourism information offices.

  • Centres locaux de développement de Haute-Yamaska and Brome-Missisquoi   (Local economic development centres)                         To draw up the master development plan for tourism in those regions, in collaboration with a partner firm.

  • Tourisme Québec                                                                            To write a Code of Ethics and a Quality Policy for tourism suppliers and regional associations in Quebec, and to develop Tourism Quebec's Quality Service Program with a view to certifying Quebec tourism businesses for continued improvements to ensure quality products and services.

  • Ouje-Bougoumou Cree Village                                                        To draw up a Tourism Development Plan for the village of Oujé-Bougoumou, including an analysis of supply and demand, diagnosis, approaches and strategies for development, structure and set-up of the tourism office, marketing plan, advertising plan and training for front-line staff.

  • Canadian Tourism Commission (CTC)                                            To carry out research for the Catalogue of Best Practices in Adventure Travel and Ecotourism.

  • Canada Economic Development                                                      To carry out research and develop an action plan for the development of tourism in northern Quebec, under the framework of strategic regional initiatives.

  • Canadian Tourism Commission (CTC)                                            To develop and coordinate the CTC's Adventure Travel and Ecotourism Best Practices Tour 2000
  • Centre local de développement de Brome-Missisquoi                     To update the development plan for tourism and re-evaluate the positioning of the region by using vineyards as a traffic builder.

  • Auberge, spa et seigneurie Le Baluchon                                         To prepare a development plan for target markets, products and international marketing for 'Le Baluchon' inn, spa and seigneury.

  • Centre local de développement Au Coeur de la Montérégie           To carry out a positioning study for agrotourism in the Rouville Municipality (Montérégie), in the Greater Montreal area: diagnosis, positioning, signature, promotional material and communication plan.

  • Tourisme Abitibi-Témiscamingue                                                     To design a triennial strategic development and marketing plan for this regional tourism association. To plan and set-up tour and adventure site committees.

  • Tourisme Québec                                                                            To design a promotional tool on tourist facilities in Aboriginal communities for local and international markets, aimed at consumers and distribution networks.

  • Montérégie, Eastern Townships and Chaudière-Appalaches tourism associations                                                                                    To develop a tour concept and promotional tool for "La Route du Sud". To assess the needs of visitors from north-eastern USA, France, Britain and Germany, and develop commercialization strategies for the tour, for these three regional tourism associations..

  • Centre local de développement de Brome-Missisquoi                     To set up a marketing plan including identification of products with potential, product/market analysis, a commercialization plan and the design of the brochure "Escapades Champêtres".

  • Parks Canada                                                                                  To put together packages with inns in the region and organize press relations for La Mauricie National Park.
